Contrary to what Nikki Haley stated, it seems to me the goal here is obviously to paint the USA as dangerous, belligerent, rogue, unduly aggressive, irrational; as a country that's a threat to world peace and that needs to be stopped. The goal is to make the world hate us.
So, on the one hand, they enlist their puppets like Haley to make these bellicose statements. Then, on the other hand, they use their media assets in the rest of the world to say, "See! The USA are such warmongers!"
They've been doing this for over 15 years. It's all an elaborate set-up. Meanwhile, the true perpetrators abscond with all the spoils and ever-more power while we take the fall.
When we do fall, the world will laugh at us, and call it justice.

More sanctions on Russia will just make Russia more independent and have a good base to convince other countries to bypass the dollar and stop trading with the US ...Sanctions will never work on Russia ...a very small exemple is when EU applied sanctions on Russia , the country arrived to improve it's own internal market and local products so they are very close in self sufficiency and also right after sanctions 2 years ago ...Russia surpassed the US and become the world first Weath exporter in the world and banned and incriminate GMOs !
