It's buzzing with government blockchain projects. Tbh. I think most governments are already quite far in understanding blockchain (possibilities) and have even taken steps to implement this. Much happens behind closed doors of course, not everything needs public funding lol :).

I like where SPOTCOIN is heading to :)
