Bank of England Governor Claims Bitcoin has Failed as a Currency

The fact or quality of being generally accepted or in use.

In an article written on cointelegraph, Bank of England tells that Bitcoin has failed as a currency. Let's break it down, Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies are used globally as payment for certain stablishments that accepts crypto as payment or individual. Crypto are not use within a single country. Next cryptos are not generally accepted as some people are not rational enough to accept digital assets as payment for their services.

People often find these articles as reference for the "FUTURE of CRYPTOCURRENCIES" not realizing that acceptance of crypto will be base on people that will accept them as payment. I believe crypto will soon revolutionize how transactions are made not only as payments but for all major business will soon be running on blockchain. Of course, different cryptos will be use in different payments. For example, for large payments we can use Bitcoin and Ethereum, example of these are houses and cars. For small transactions like groceries, fast food we need something that is much faster like Bitshares, Steem Dollar, which will save us a lot of time when doing transactions like these.

There's nothing wrong with people telling us that crypto is a bubble, the problem arises when we started listening to them. Remember, it's up to us the people to accept them as payment. The moment we doubted crypto is the moment we lose. Remember paper weren't used as payment back in the days. But we accept them as payment that's why we are using it today. Same goes for cryptos, if we only work as a community then crypto will be the next global currency that can be used anywhere.
