Agree, man is an exploitative creature by nature. He does the same with honey bees, and I find that rather annoying. if one has to take the honey, use it sparingly and in the right manner as it is of great medicinal value. Also learn to give back,by planting flowers that are rich in nectar. In India, people get up at the crack of dawn and set about stripping plants in the vicinity of their homes, of all their flowers. They never bother to leave even a few for butterflies, bees and tiny nectar loving birds.
