I believe Profesor Shlanger is right. This seems like more of a move to increase his approval rating up instead of actually restricting terrorsists from entering the country. I see it the same way with illegal immigrants that come in from Mexico and Trumps idea to build this big WALL... if someone wants to come to America they will find a way illegally or not.
