You need to edit your profile and mention to whom you transferred your digital cards. On the other end the receiver has to edit the amount of Donatello Club digital cards on their profile page.
Donatello Club digital card is a concept, marketing tool, account upgrade, lifetime membership and unit for contest rewards.
