    I am waiting for when Mr. Modi speaks about rape victims, Now no more waiting, I think govt. will take care about that on serious mood. :)

      That is really important for the government.
      But since independence day speeches are aimed at highlighting the developments, such 'passive' topics are kept for the other times like elections
