Poloniex has already warned that it will not pause the market due to the uncertainty of the activation time of Bitcoin Unlimited.
The exchange is also in favor of Bitcoin Core and still does not know if it will put Bitcoin Unlimited on its list of currencies.

The miners and users have already come to a consensus they are in agreement that they will use segwit so there is no fork planned any more for 1st August though
