Is there any other way to describe what is going on in the news as anything other than exactly what we would expect the various news stations to do in this sort of situation?
In journalism was real, and it isn't and perhaps hasn't been for quite some time the real story would be the possibility of the electoral process being meddled with, not who won and who didn't. But i suppose we are all too wrapped up in either being "super Trumpers" or "TDS people" to focus on that now aren't we?

Up and coming conservative propagana machine Newsmax has nothing but stories about how Biden definitely didn't win the election and has interviews with various Trump legal team members that say they are certain that the result will be overturned. Are they being objective? I would say there is almost no chance of that seeing as how they are currently capitalizing immensely from Fox News' apparent shift from the right. Newsmax is seeing hundreds of thousands of new views almost exclusively because of the fact that they are pushing pro-Trump stuff and really nothing else.

On the other side we have good ol' reliable fake news provider CNN stating precisely the opposite as they water down their headlines such as this one. Let me make this clear folks: When someone says "election officials" that could mean one person in a system that includes a ton of actual officials. Yet when CNN reports on this they are only going to talk about the ones that agree with their narrative. There is no way that they would talk to someone that is going to tell them "yes, there definitely were signs of election fraud." No chance they would ever do that except in brief exchanges where the constantly dodge responses and attempt to bully non-issue question out of Trump staffers.

We have tons of graphs that are showing irregularities in voting patterns and one team will say that this proves that there is vote tampering and then the other side will use EXACTLY THE SAME GRAPH and bring in some sort of "graph expert" to show that this same information proves quite the opposite.
And all of it is bullshit. I'm not saying I know who is right or who is wrong. I am saying that this entire fiasco is just out of control partisan garbage the likes of which news stations are becoming more and more guilty of as time goes on. There is literally no one in the media that you can trust... No one.
The only thing we have left is places we can go to help to solidify what we already desperately want to be true. There is no objectivity in any of the major news stations. Newsmax is proving this at a rapid pace because at the end of the day they are a business and the ultimate objective of a business is to MAKE MONEY. At the moment they have increased their viewership 20 times over by being extremely pro Trump and I don't even know if they had any objectivity before because I never heard of them until about a week ago.
I've gotten to the point where I don't even want to watch the news and instead look for sites online such as here, or individuals who compile information from just their own, not a corporate perspective. The only problem with that is that as soon as these people figure out that they can make a bit of money by choosing team blue or team red, they are going to go down the same dark path.
I don't know if news was every objective: I would like to believe that there was a time that it was but that time is not now. So if you are looking for dumb news, all you have to do right now is look at basically anything that is talking about the US election and even better, decide which truth you would like to be the real one and go to that sort of station. That way you can get stressed out and also learn nothing at the same time!
I have a simple expression for that: blind partisanship. It's been quite evident since at least the Tea Parties started. They were all depicted as violent racists when, if there was damage done, their $$ value could be counted on one hand.
Of course, "the other side" chooses to put "illegal" immigrant news under the microscope when their crime rate is far inferior to "natives"...

a funny story that USA today recently did attempted to "prove that the dead were not voting" by making a random selection of 30 suspect voters whose birthdays would make them older than 110. They found that many of the people's birthdates were simply wrong, some were children of the person who just had the same name and 1 of them actually was a dead person who had voted. The conclusion that USA today came to was "there is no widespread fraud". LOL, if even ONE dead person votes it is proof of fraud you dolts!
