WHY I HATE NIGERIA UNIVERSITIES

With joy we accepted admission given to us so many years ago, not knowing what we were to face something worst than academic fun and certificate acquisition. Nigerian universities are ACADEMIC JAIL where you are kept in for improper treatment by both non academic and academic staff.
Education is fun but schooling is difficult in Nigeria and can also be frustrating and difficult.
Welcome to Nigeria where a lecturer will have full-fun in extending the stay of a bright student for about 8 non recoverable years just for no good reason, just because he doesn’t like your face or he feels you know more than him. 90% Lectures see students like slave and it means nothing to them even if the students are crying blood..(what a creature).
In a class a lecturer will open his or her mouth and say even if I teach or not, at the end of the month I will receive my salary and such are been employed monthly. And yet when they ask just a question, and you didn’t give them reply or you gave them a wrong answer just once, it means you don’t know "anything" at all. (Academic Staffs are not encouraging)
Welcome to Nigeria universities were you are given a least office probably just a security and you feel like you are the General of the Army forces. Every day while walking pass the admin/staff block, you hear a lecturer either shouting at a student or his colleague. No unity among staff.
We are supposed to be in an academic environment where we should be encourage by our lectures, Head of departments and Chancellors, but we have 0.0000000000000001 of all. Lecturers do not understand the concept of lecturing. Its not all about giving much notes and assignment.
Without sympathy, a student spends over hundred thousand just to do his project work at the end, just because he forgot the page numbering or his reference; you gave him an F because he has never sought a course with you and you want him to go against that, thereby extending his stay in school. Little did I know that some lecturers are machine hearted men because they derive joy in seeing students in pain..
How can a human(lecturer) say even if you come to my class or not, when it comes to my exam and you don’t give me what I want “words by words” I will give you F and nothing will happen. Who does that? We were suppose to put down to the least of our understanding. Just because you have beard and much hair on your head a lecturer will send you out of class (not in school constitution). I think I hate school but so much in love with education.
SCHOOLING IN NIGERIA AND ITS EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM ISN’T ENCOURAGING!!!
One thing you must know is that 90% of Nigeria universities discourages Education with her schooling system.
The question now is "WHAT IS EDUCATION"
