Beat Verstappen, Hamilton F1 Grand Prix of Bahrain

Mercedes racer Lewis Hamilton emerged as the winner of the Bahrain Grand Prix F1 in 2021. Hamilton defeated his closest rival, Max Verstappen, who finished second.
In the race at the Bahrain International Circuit, Sunday (28/3/2021), Mercedes dominated the podium after Valtteri Bottas finished third. Hamilton won with a 0.745 second advantage over Verstappen.

Verstappen actually took over the race leadership from Hamilton in the last four laps. However, the Red Bull racer had to give up the leading position for Hamilton - on orders from race control - because it made his rival off the track.
After the incident, Verstappen had a hard time getting close to Hamilton. In the process, Hamilton then managed to cross the finish line first.

Bad luck was accepted by Bottas because he was unable to compete with the two leading riders. Bottas finished the race with a difference of more than 37 seconds after experiencing problems with his tires during the second pit stop.
