Former President Nicolás Maduro during a meeting with intellectuals in the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry referred to the decisions taken by the National Assembly and the president in charge of Venezuela Juan Guaidó.

Maduro said that humanitarian aid sent by the US and other countries of the world will not enter the country. "Nobody is going to enter Venezuela, I assure you, not even an invading soldier, wherever he comes from."
