Tyler Winklevoss Believes $1.8 Trillion Stimulus Proposal Could Send Bitcoin To Moon

While Republicans and Democrats are busy negotiating on the size of the stimulus package, Gemini co-founder Tyler Winklevoss is convinced that there will be one winner in the end Bitcoin. Winklevoss describes the $1.8T proposal that is currently on the table as “an advertisement campaign” for the world’s largest cryptocurrency. Which could send bitcoin to the moon. Bank of Japan Is Preparing Digital Currency Trials for Early 2021

The Bank of Japan today said that it has no plans to issue a central bank digital currency, or CBDC, but “considers it important to prepare thoroughly.” The BoJ said several times that the conditions under which it would consider issuing a CBDC are “unlikely,” but that it has two proof of concept phases in the works which may start as early as April 2021; these proof of concepts may one day lead to a pilot. Report: Ethereum-Based Defi Had A Massive Impact On The Market In Q3

CoinGecko found that capital inflow into the crypto market increased by $9.15 billion in Q3, attributing the spike to DeFi protocols. The report ultimately confirms that decentralized finance stole the show after June’s introduction of “yield farming,” a new way of earning tokens on DeFi protocols. Ethereum-based US dollar stablecoins USDT, USDC, DAI, and wBTC (an Ethereum-based version of Bitcoin) soared. USDT’s volume rose by 61%, USDC by 157%, DAI by 598%, and wBTC by 1,766%. 350 Deputies Of The Spanish Congress Received Bitcoin

Earlier this week, the Chamber of Digital Commerce sent every US representative and senator $50 in Bitcoin. Now, Spanish cryptocurrency advocates are getting in on the act. Spanish newspaper ABC reported yesterday that all 350 deputies in Spain’s lower house, the Congress of Deputies, are due to receive 1euro ($1.18) worth of Bitcoin as part of a campaign by tokenized education technology platform Tutellus and crypto news site Observatorio Blockchain. Anthony Pompliano: Nothing Is Better Than Bitcoin

Bitcoin advocate Anthony Pompliano praised Bitcoin and started rebuked financial institutions who has not acquired any yet. He called Bitcoin an asset with the best-adjusted returns. In his recent tweets, Anthony Pompliano wrote that financial institutions are violating their fiduciary duty if they have no exposure to Bitcoin. Binance Becomes Largest Crypto Derivatives Exchange By Volume

According to the latest report published by U.K.-based data firm CryptoCompare. Binance has overtaken Huobi and OKEx to become the largest crypto derivatives exchange by volume in September with $164.8 billion across the month. CryptoCompare looked at the trading volume of the top-tier exchanges and determined that Binance had seen around $8 billion more volume than its closest competitors, Huobi at $156.3B, and OKEx at $155.7B. SBI Securities Will Release Digital Corporate Bond Using Blockchain

Stockbroking platform SBI Securities is set to issue a digital corporate bond through the blockchain technology in November. SBI Securities stated that the bond will be sold mainly to the exchange’s individual customers. The corporate bond scheme seeks to provide investors with an opportunity to predominantly invest in corporate bonds. Furthermore, SBI Securities will use blockchain technology to manage investors who hold corporate bonds internally.
