Binance Unveils Its Crypto Debit Card In Europe

Binance’s highly-anticipated cryptocurrency debit card, Binance Card, is officially debuting in countries of the European Economic Area, or EEA. EEA-based users will be able to apply for a Binance Card starting in August. Binance Card will support 4 cryptocurrencies at launch. Those cryptos include Bitcoin (BTC), Swipe’s native SXP token, Binance’s native token BNB and stablecoin, Binance USD (BUSD). Africa Sees Massive Growth In Bitcoin Trading

While major cryptocurrency exchanges saw a significant decline in trading volume last month, Africa keeps shattering previous records, according to data provided by analytics website Useful Tulips. African peer-to-peer trading volumes have experienced a 2.5-fold increase since March. Last week, the cumulative volume of the Nigerian naira crossed the $10 mln mark on P2P exchanges for the first time. According to a tweet posted by Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on July 14, the only African American driver, Darrell “Bubba” Wallace in NASCAR's top racing series, will now be flying around the track in a car decorated with the Bitcoin logo. ERC20 Tokens Market Cap Has Surpassed ETH Market Cap

The Defiant News contributor, Camila Russo, tweeted on July 13, that the aggregate market valuation for all the ERC20 tokens in existence has surpassed the market capitalization of Ethereum’s native coins ETH. She also shared a Google document that has been recording the market valuations of ERC20 tokens. Travala.Com Booking Revenue Increased By 75% After Partnering With Expedia

Cryptocurrency travel platform Travala.com saw the number of rooms booked through its platform grow sharply after a recent integration with booking giant Expedia. According to Travala.com CEO Juan Otero, the firm’s booking revenue increased by 75% in two weeks after partnering with Expedia. The overall number of bookings grew by 68% over the same period. Otero told that the portion of bookings paid for with crypto assets has also sharply increased from 59% of the total bookings in June to almost 70% so far in July. Read Full on cointelegraph.

Paypal Believes Crypto Could Address Pain Points In Financial System

PayPal detailed in a March 20 letter to the European Commission it had taken "unilateral and tangible steps" in the crypto space. PayPal's letter, advice on how the European Union can better regulate the emerging asset class, said that it believed cryptocurrencies could address "pain points" in the financial system.
