Sun Bathers Run Helter–skelter As Light Aircraft Makes Emergency Landing: Terrified tourist had to run for their lives when a light aircraft was forced to make the emergency landing on Las Teresitas in Santa Cruz at around 1pm on Tuesday.
There were three passengers on board a man, woman and a 14-year-old teenager all walked away from the site of crash with injuries. The pilot of the plane is suppose to be of British origin whereas others are reported of French/Belgian nationality.
The male passenger could only be rescued as emergency services cut through the wreckage after they arrive at the scene and he is said to be in a serious condition with undisclosed abdominal injuries. The female and the teenage passenger could walk away from the site of crash with injuries. The aircraft was on it's way to Morocco when it went down on account of technical difficulties.
