YouTube persona Justin Woolee and gun rights activist, Justin P. Hess, has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault, on a total stranger, and for murdering his own mother.

According to the arrest warrant, neighbors heard gunshots at the residence and called 911. Hess reportedly left the home with a gun on his hip, and "mumbling" while using a "fake accent". Neighbors called Carol Hess's cell phone. They said Justin answered and said his mother had an accident and possibly fell.

Hess then drove off in a Mazda car with the headlines off, according to the arrest warrant.

Sandy Springs Police said Hess then went to a storage facility off of Roswell Road, where he stabbed 53-year-old William E. Haynes to death and drove off in his vehicle.

Holes In "News" Articles

I'm going to dig into this much more tomorrow but one of the biggest holes I've already found and like to share are the following:

11alive.com says that Justin drove off on Sunday in a Mazda with the headlights turned off.
Police say that Justin later swapped vehicles at the Extra Storage Space after stabbing a complete stranger William Haynes to death.
Patch.com is reporting that Justin's blue Mazda 3 was towed away from the townhouse which contradicts all other news stories saying that Justin returned on Sunday to his home driving William's red Audi S5.

I was mistaken when I said the secondary channel was gone. I found it and linked to it. He removed almost all his videos from the primary channel.

Who were the death threats from? Did he verify the source?

Something else that I find suspicious is that the only two eye-witnesses, of Justin's departure and return (neighbor Lyle + Girlfriend/Wife) are very close to the government.

Lyle's LinkedIn account says: "Customer Advisor, Public Sector - Government"

And Stephanie had a run-in with the law after ramming a cop car, summer of 2015, while under the influence.

Lyle and Stephanie follow each other on twitter.

FBI and Secret Service paid him a visit once (he made video about it). The death threats he got were over the phone I believe. Not verified unfortunately.
