Venezuelan President Maduro called on other South American ten nations to use "petro-currency" and President Maduro demanded that South American 10 nations use digital currencies together at the Alba-TCP Assembly of Bolivarians in the Bolivarian Alliance. He also expressed the hope that " Oil coins "can become the integration of the region's currency. The ten countries include Antigua and Barbuda, Bolivia, Cuba, Dominica, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Grenada and Venezuela respectively.
