La questione covid è una cosa che non vorrei ricordare, è stato molto difficile per me e ovviamente per tutti, stare rinchiusi senza aver commesso nessun reato non è stato per niente piacevole, quindi ben venga tutto quello che viene fatto per contrastare questo virus , io non ho fatto il vaccino, forse mi sono ammalato e sono guarito, ho già gli anticorpi, fare attività fisica aiuta molto a livello fisico e mentale.
