Imagine if I said "Black culture isn't a thing" #liberaltolerance.
It may be semantic but I think the point being made is that culture is not defined by skin pigmentation. Black culture is not a thing anymore than white culture is a thing. For example Aboriginal and Africans have separate cultures in the similar way that British and Russians have separate cultures.
