After the iOS 11.3 update, many iPhone 7 and 7 plus microphones were having problems with the microphone.
Many say that, while talking about phone calls and facetime, their words are not reaching the other end. Someone says the voice recorder is not working.
Apple has said that the problem is working. Although many users are not in trouble, they are worried about the issue. If the original work of the phone is not done properly, it is really annoying.
The problem may not be fixed by software update. Apple has informed the Authorized Service Providers to make preparations to fix the microphone.
It is known that there will be no problem even if there is no warranty. Apple has said it will be set free for anyone who is in trouble with the microphone.
But Apple has advised not to fix the phone outside the Authorized Service Center. Those who have problems after the iOS 11.3 update have been asked to contact them quickly.
