Contrary to how President Duterte is being portrayed by the local and international media, who he is and how he works can't just be dismissed by other nationalities who aren't biased in what they see and say.
If the satisfaction rating is anything to go by, it went up by 3% to 66% in the second quarter of 2017. The result surely can speak volumes.

The people know about him....we know...you know and the people are starting to see how "the dark side works". Actually this is one of the unique things about Trump...the media cannot "contain" him...he will use Twitter at the drop of a hat -- like he did with Podesta this week.
