Woman shares brilliant 'weight-loss' break up photo after ex says she is 'disgusting'

Dealing with a break up can be tough, especially if the relationship ends on a sour note.

And while sometimes all we can do is feel sad and mope, on other occasions it's easy to realise straight away that it was definitely for the best.

That's what happened to Miranda when she broke up with her boyfriend.

It seems the couple had an argument after he called her disgusting.

But determined not to let him get her down, Miranda posted a brilliant post on Twitter to let the world know their relationship was well and truly over.

Alongside 'before and after' photos, Miranda, who lives in Wisconsin in America, wrote: "After getting called disgusting last night, i successfully dropped 200lbs!! (Before and after pics)"

Her Tweet has been liked 420,000 times and has been shared more than 50,000 times.

Unsurprisingly, hundreds of people have jumped in to congratulate her on the post and to voice their confusion about his nasty comment.

One Twitter user wrote: "I mean... it’s disgusting how perfect you look. He’s scum if he can’t see that good for you for knowing your worth!!!"

Another added: "Uh what, you’re waaaay better looking than him."
