Section 497 is now dicriminalised, Adultery not made compulsory

With section 497 Idian Penal Code no longer valid, the apex court has ushered in much-needed change.

Now the apex court of India considers adultery not a crime only a ground for divorce.
Indian Society is by and large a patriarchal one where the rights and the dignity that a woman deserves by being the citizen of the country have been denied to her for long.
The history of section 497 reveals that law on adultery was for the benefit of husband, for him to secure ownership over the sexuality of his wife.
There are a lot of laws in Indian constitution which is illegal favours the men like prostitution houses,call girl sevices. These type of illegal acts are given a title 'Sex Workers'
If body-sale of a women is a crime then why not buying-body? Why not men are victim in these type of acts? Both equally engage in these type of act which is not ethical.

Customers plays a vital role in making any industry large, then why not customers are responsible in prostitution industry, why only a women and their agent are responsible?
It is also much possible to decriminalise prostitution industry and call girl services and the apex court may provide them liscense.
I think after decriminalising this law, the protocol of indian marriage-life got defamed. Earlier they hide their illegal relationships but now they will not fear.
The apex court may consider it benefit and relief for Indian women but I think their life would be worsen due to decriminalise adultery. Because their husband will not fear of adultery any more.
and will increase the rate of divorce.
I think after decriminalising section 497 men would benefit and enjoy with illegal realationships.
