Today am happy to announce to you a very important project called "GIRLS CONNECT" lunch by ISON-BPO the largest and most fastest growing out sourcing agency in Africa. This project was lunch to fight against the young adolescent issue among young girls mostly in Africa and in the northern part of nigeria to help these girls grow with a better idea.

THE STORY'S OF THREE GIRLS
Halima was just a child when she was ask to drop out of school so her family could afford her brother’s school fees. In the north areas of northern Nigeria where they lives, most bus stops are thronged with young girls who hawking orange or other fruits from buckets balanced carefully on their heads, and she joined them.
The girls are easy prey for the older men who prowl these chaotic market places. Halima believe she had found a protector and covers in a bus tout who regularly bought up her daily wares, until the night he lured her into a dark alley.
Program designed
Girls Connect, program is uses like that of Halima story to reach young girls from across a broad of Nigerian society and community through the kind of interactive voice recognition software, the program is designed like that of bank, use to address consumer queries. But unlike a banking hotline, which is designed to solve the need for human interaction and needs.
The Girls Connect is to get the callers to engage with a call center representative or one of the role models who can help them process the information and use it in their daily lives. It’s kind of like calling a toll-free like that of bank line to get the latest update on your account or current dollar rates, only to be connected with an agent who gives out personalized advice on balancing the mind of these young people.
HOW TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE
please note it is only for women who really need proper advise on adolescent issue, When you dial in the airtel customers care help line in Nigeria , "WHICH IS 111" they are offered a menu of four stories, with four chapters each, to choose from. dialogue performed by professional radio actors they are connected to specially-trained agents, Role Models. The 25 agents all women work off a standardized script that is designed to help callers internalize the lessons that halima, Asiha and latifa and her fellow characters learn the hard way, it's encourage that you feel free to express your word's and feeling towards anything called adolescent challenge or even health related topic's however it's a toll-free line.
It’s really challenging being a girl in Nigeria today,” says Iveren Shinshima, who works as a Role Model. “We talk about how she can stay safe while making money. How she can budget. How she can avoid cyber bullying. Whether it comes to making money, using social media or your relationship with your environment, the message we are trying to instill is that you are valuable as a girl.”
