Some guy did the research oh who owns USDT (Tether) right now. And he discovered that Bitfinex is owning https://tether.to. And actually you can't withdraw USD from it right now. So please be careful with holding your USDT.

What's disturbing here is that Bitfinex cuts off 38% of USD balances too!
