Stop complaining line 13 Paris, Tokyo has it far worse.

Every day I used to drudge taking the metro line 13 into city centre. With lines running on average, every 8 minutes, by the time I'd board my train, I was one of 15 with my head pressed up against the window and doors or close to it like a human sardine, waiting for the door to reopen so the I could grasp what fresh air the undergrounds exchanged with the stench of my fellow commuters. After a month and half of that I would say "was a very uncomfortable commute that I hated," I decided taking the bus. Best decision this year. This has changed my quality of life immensely as now I can comfortably sit on a chair and stare out the window into one of the most beautiful cities of our world. Luckily my commute lasts around 16 minutes and is a direct route from home. But for those living in the suburbs outside of Tokyo, that's another story, as people have it far worse and and have only two options traveling into their large scaled city; #1 driving in or #2 taking the metro. So when I came across this article today, I had to share it with you. Most especially the photos taken by Micheal Wolf who spent an year capturing the faces inside condensed glass. Although disturbing, they moved me and re-taught me a valuable lesson. "Be grateful, others have it far worse.' I can't compare what I experienced to the many Tokyo commuters who go through and who have it much, much worse than I did.
