Researchers have been regarded as extra processed foods such as soda, cakes, sweet drinks, instant noodles, packaged snacks, sausages, nuggets, spicy food, bacon and packaged bread.

A test run on 105,000 people showed that by eating 10 percent of these types of food, the risk of cancer was increased by 12 percent.

The researchers from Sourbone and São Paulo University of Paris say that 11% more breast cancer risk than the processed foods.

When eating additional processed foods, there is a risk of increased human weight, blood pressure increase and cholesterol. And all of these can increase the risk of cancer.

The results of new research have been published in the British Medical Journal. The researchers analyzed an average of 104,980 people who were 43 years old. Of these, 22 percent were male and 87 percent female.

In addition to eating habits, other risks such as age and parabolic history are also taken into consideration in the study. On average, research was conducted on them in 5 years.

During the study, an average of 18% of the food was extra processed. On average, 79 people out of 10 thousand people have been diagnosed each year. Increasing 10% of processed food can detect 9 different cancers per 10 thousand per year.

Researchers say that with the increase in the processed food intake, the number of cancer cases in the next few decades suggests that it may increase.

However, they also felt that they needed to conduct a much larger scale in reaching final conclusions on the results of the study.

Studies show less risk of cancer in eating foods such as fruits, vegetables, rice, pasta, meat, fish, milk, and egg.

Moreover, low-processed foods such as canned vegetables, paneer, and even eating open bread have no risk of cancer.Screenshot_2.png
