Fans of Bollywood stars, a businessman from Egypt, has accused a Sheikh of betraying a royal dynasty of Bahrain and demanded around $ 4.25 million in compensation.
London: The passion of Bollywood is not only in India, but in the whole world. Many times, such stories of Bollywood stars are heard from abroad that they are not sure. One such case has been found in Bahrain. In fact, a Bollywood star, an Egyptian merchant, has accused a cheating man of Bahrain's royal family for cheating and demanded $ 4.25 billion i.e. around 3 billion rupees. The hearing of this case will now begin in the United Kingdom (UK) High Court next week.
Ahmed Adel Abdullah Ahmed of Egyptian cousin of Bahrain King has alleged that Sheikh has turned down a Juneabani agreement with him in London in 2015. Ahmed has claimed that Sheikh had contracted with his company, CBS Events, that he could have a private meeting with 26 celebrities of Bollywood whom he wants.
Ahmed said that Sheikh met Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranvir Singh and Aditya Roy Kapoor in Mumbai and Dubai and recovered 3 million US dollars in lieu of this. But Sheikh broke the agreement after this and turned against the promise of meeting with two other Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Aamir Khan. Ahmed says that this has hurt his business.
Sheikh has said in his defense that he came out of this agreement because Ahmed had started making unrealistic pressure on him and started asking for such meetings which could not be completed. Let us know that there is a provision for hearing on oral agreements in UK courts.
