Singkil - The concrete rebate road connecting two Suka Makmur villages and Ujung Village, Singkil Subdistrict, almost broke due to eroded river flow.

Although it has been going on for a long time, but until now it has not received the attention of the local government.

Andang, a local resident, said the concrete rebate road was now no longer worth going through and endangered road users.

Every day it is eroded by river water, what's more during the rainy season. It's been very severe and very troubling to the community, said Andang.

The erosion of river banks, said Andang, also jeopardized the existence of residents' homes. If not addressed immediately, residents' housing along the concrete rebate road is feared to have collapsed.

The barrier between the river and the house is just a concrete rebate. This should be the concern of the Aceh Singkil Regional Government through related services, said Andang.
