An explosion in Manhattan that injured more than 29 people , According to the news in New York City . This incident is not the victim only minor injuries and severe injuries , police said New York City .

Mayor Bill de Blasio said the blast occurred overnight investigation , at approximately Chelsea West 23rd Street New York City , is " a deliberate explosion , " but to date there is no evidence " of confirmation with terrorism
