Оновлене: Верховна Рада на один рік звільнила електромобілі від сплати ПДВ і акцизу
Вчора пізно ввечері Верховна Рада України разом з держбюджетом на 2018 рік прийняла традиційний бюджетний пакет документів зі змінами різних нормативних актів. У числі іншого внесли ряд правок до Податкового кодексу, включаючи довгоочікувані зміни щодо ввезення електромобілів. Зокрема, мова про скасування ПДВ (20%) і акцизу для електромобілів. За відповідний законопроект №6776-д проголосували 252 народних депутата, передає «Інтерфакс-Україна».

Варто домовитися про те, що електромобілі звільнили від сплати податку на додану вартість (ПДВ) та акцизу на п'ятирічний термін. Тобто, п'ять років можна буде ввозити електромобілі без сплати ПДВ і акцизу, після чого норма буде переглянута. Втім, для початку це досить непогано. Особливо з урахуванням того, що ввізне мито на електромобілі була повністю скасована ще два роки тому, а недавно ще затвердили семирічний перехід до нульової ввізного мита на нові автомобілі з ДВС з ЄС.

Оновлене: Як виявилося, скасували не на п'ять років, як пропонувалося, а всього на один рік. На голосуванні, яке транслював телеканал "112 Україна", глава фракції БПП Артур Герасимов вніс відповідну правку про скорочення терміну з п'яти до одного року.

"Прошу підтримати цей бюджет з урахуванням наступної технічної правки. Прикінцеві положення проекту закону про бюджет доповнити пунктом такого змісту. Ухвалити, що норми і положення п. 13 підрозділу 2 і п. 15 підрозділу 5 розділу 20 прикінцевих положень Податкового Кодексу щодо звільнення від оподаткування податком на додану вартість та акцизним збором операції з ввезення на митну територію України транспортних засобів, оснащених електричними двигунами, діють до 1 січня 2019 року ", - заявив Герасимов.

Yesterday late in the evening the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, together with the state budget for 2018, adopted a traditional budget package of documents with changes in various normative acts. Among other things, a number of amendments were made to the Tax Code, including long-awaited changes regarding the import of electric vehicles. It is worth mentioning that electric vehicles were exempted from paying value added tax (VAT) and excise tax for a five-year period. That is, for five years it will be possible to import electric vehicles without paying VAT and excise tax, after which the norm will be revised. However, for a start this is very good. Especially given the fact that the import duty on electric vehicles was completely abolished two years ago, and recently they approved a seven-year transition to zero import duty on new cars with ICE from the EU.

Updated: As it turned out, was canceled not for five years, as proposed, but only for one year. Artur Gerasimov, the head of the BPP faction, made a corresponding amendment to the ballot from the channel "112 Ukraine" about the reduction of the term from five to one year.

"Please support this budget in the light of the following technical amendments. The final provisions of the draft law on the budget shall be supplemented with the following paragraph. To establish that the norms and provisions of clause 13 of subsection 2 and clause 15 of subsection 5 of section 20 of the final provisions of the Tax Code on exemption from taxation of value added tax and excise duty for the importation of vehicles equipped with electric engines to the customs territory of Ukraine are valid until January 1, 2019, "- said Gerasimov.
