To prevent teens and youth of Langsa City from falling into drug cases, the Indonesian National Youth Committee (KNPI) of Langsa City provides guidance and understanding of the dangers of drugs to students through flag ceremonies in schools. The activities will be held every Monday at all schools continuously.
This was revealed by Chairman KNPI Langsa Zulfan SH Msi to Acehsatu.com on Monday (02/10/2017).
Zulfan explained that the activity is one of the realization of cooperation between KNPI with National Narcotics Agency (BNN) and Anti-Narcotics Movement Movement (GRANAT) of Langsa City and School Party.
According to Zulfan Drugs today that has penetrated all circles, not except the students. Not only that drugs have also been infiltrated into all types of food and beverages such as through candy and other dye foods.
"The activity begins today at the Langsa Minpilot school, next week we plan to do in SMA 5 Kota Langsa", said Zulfan.
Zulfan said some directives and knowledge about the dangers of drugs is very important to know by the school students.
In addition Zulfan said it will also motivate the spirit of the students to be able to increase the desire to learn a higher so that it can become the Islamic generation who berakhlakul karimah.
Meanwhile, Chairman of DPC Grenade Langsa Islamsyah MTA ST said, along with the findings of sabu weighing 137.750 kg and Ecstasy pills 42,500 grains in east Aceh some time ago, it continues to cooperate with all parties in socialization and prevention of society, especially youth not to fall in drug cases.
Islamsyah explained the socialization and prevention is done to the community dikakukan several ways such as empowering the community by conducting trainings and creative contests and give pamehaman to the youth about the dangers of drugs and the consequences of using drugs, pungkas Islamsyah.
