It's an interesting idea. I think it's worth an experiment. Try it out. If it works then keep the idea and if it doesn't get rid of it. It's worth a shot at this point

I think mutual combat should be legal, but in this case i personally just think its missing the point, even if people do have a safe way to blow off steam, people are still gonna be shooting eachother over dope corners in baltimore
