I was shocked to read article about refugee children representatives here in Finland and what kind of money they earn from it easily. The “best one” earned 14000€ / month and averages are about 7000€ / month. Maybe the 7000€ per month could be reasonable, but the best part is that there is no any education or skill requirement for mentioned job.
Salaries depend on amount of children that they represent and limit should be 10 / each, but many of them are having tens of childrens to represent, which leads to suspect are they misusing the whole system.
I love that they have representative system and that it really tried to help the children, but it would be nice if there would be some requirements for mentioned position and also that it would be controlled that representatives would not just milk the system for money having as many children they can (which also often would leave children without actual help)
