The inhabitant of Ukhta brought to trial for possession of narcotic substances in especially large size. As a result, the citizen was sentenced to three years of imprisonment in a penal colony under part 3 of article 30, part 2 of article 228 of the criminal code. It is noteworthy that the convict bought drugs for bitcoins.
The investigation found that the attacker had gained 300 g of hashish through the Internet. For his purchase, he paid with bitcoins in the amount of 120 000 rubles. The suspect made a courier delivery and was detained at the service office when he came to pick up his parcel. The defense tried to appeal the verdict, insisting that the citizen bought drugs for personal use, without the purpose of further resale. However, the judge upheld the verdict.
Житель Ухты предстал перед судом за хранение наркотических веществ в особо крупном размере. В результате гражданин был приговорен к трем годам лишения свободы в исправительной колонии общего режима по ч. 3 ст. 30, ч. 2 ст. 228 УК РФ. Примечательно, что наркотики осужденный купил за биткоины.
Следствие установило, что злоумышленник приобрел 300 г. гашиша через Интернет. За свое приобретение он расплатился биткоинами на сумму 120 000 рублей. Подозреваемый оформил курьерскую доставку и был задержан в офисе службы, когда он пришел забирать свою посылку. Защита пыталась обжаловать приговор, настаивая, что гражданин приобрел наркотические вещества для личного употребления, без цели дальнейшей перепродажи. Однако судья оставил приговор в силе.
