This reminds me of someone I was talking to on a discord the other day, seemed very anti-cryptocurrencies and kept flat out saying that they would be banned eventually and that their only use is drugs.

This person kept going on how buying gold was so much better and if they had loads of money they would invest it all into gold.

I honestly couldn't believe the sheer ignorance, I was polite and shared links to how bitcoin (that is what we were talking about at the time) is used very much legally and by a lot of people. Needless to say this person is the type that once they have a stance, they stick to it regardless.

It's nice to be amongst people who get it, or are willing to learn.
