As many of you have already heard, Hanson Robotics has created a new AI called Sophia that has been given citizenship in Saudi Arabia. While this advancement in technology is fascinating, it is also a cause of concern that has been turning heads across the world. I've seen plenty of people look at the downsides of this occurrence, but in my opinion this is a great accomplishment with lots of room for improvement in the future.
