Hi. @deepcrypto8 is binance. If you sent funds to binance and forgot to include the memo they would have them but would have no way of knowing who's they were so you wouldnt recieve them . If that were to happen to someone the next steps would be to find the transaction with the steemit blockchain explorer and contact binance . Then the account would have to be brought to level 2 if it wasnt already and they would find them and return them. Maybe this isnt the case but just saying.
