This seems like a perfect place for my latest video.

Cyber warfare between major geo political powers is getting really interesting to say the least, even more interesting that BITCOINS are apart of it now. My question to everyone here is why do you think bitcoins were used by this hacking group or is it just a coincidence?

I would think bitcoins were used mainly due to the fact that being decentralized it isn't something that can be taken back from the users once received easily. I tend to think it is less about being a bitcoin lover as it is ease of payment, stability in value and something that can be held onto securely for awhile while it gets processed.
Processed I just mean it will obviously be "tainted bitcoin" (term I have heard lol) but it can be shuffled pretty thoroughly using a bitcoin blender to maybe make the trail hard enough to follow while it is being spent.

@lukewearechange Every time I hear bitcoin mentioned in a incident like this or a terrorist attack I can't help but to think its a false flag created by the banking cartel to hurt bitcoin, but that's just me.
