A digital expert has claimed 60% of pro-Obamacare posts on Facebook come from just 100 accounts. Michael Brown was frustrated the cost of Obamacare and posted on a pro-Obamacare Facebook page when he was bombarded by negative comments.
In a recent interview at Full Measure with Sharyl Attkisson, he explained his reasoning behind this incredible revelation.
Using analysis software, he evaluated 226,000 pro-Obamacare posts made by 40,000 Facebook profiles. His shocking conclusion was 60% of pro-Obamacare posts were made from 100 accounts, posting from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time.
The majority of postings were from ‘zombie’ profiles which are fake, purchased accounts. These accounts would have comments written by 1 or 2 people on software designed to post comments and likes on a schedule.
The government has been in the propaganda game for decades. 6 years ago, CENTCOM which oversees US armed operations in the Middle East and Central Asia, hired a California tech company to create ‘online persona management’ software. According to The Guardian, the software would allow each individual to control 10 accounts.
CENTCOM spokesman Bill Speaks explains, “"The technology supports classified blogging activities on foreign-language websites to enable CENTCOM to counter violent extremist and enemy propaganda outside the US."
The postings would be posted in Arabic, Farsi, Urdu and Pashto and not targeted towards Americans but to counteract ISIS propaganda.
However, Americans are not immune to the propaganda war. Shareblue, an offshoot of the left-wing Media Matters for America is a new organization to ‘delegitimize’ Trump’s presidency. Owned by David Brock, a longtime Clinton supporter, it’s ultimate goal is to ‘defeat Trump through impeachment.’
A leaked memo which was distributed to 100 wealthy Democratic donors at Turnberry Isle resort in Aventura, Florida lists numerous goals including ‘Relentlessly beating the drum that he has no mandate, lost the popular vote, and is the least popular president-elect in modern American history’.
Brock used to manage Correct the Record, a super PAC designed to counteract negative social media on Hillary Clinton during the election. His army of paid trolls, aptly named ‘nerd virgins’ by a Clinton insider are paid to post on and censor dissenting opinions on social media and take over comment sections on news sites.
More and more people have switched off mainstream media. With media trust at an all-time low of 33% and the not so recent scandals of media and DNC collusion. Informed citizens are reading their news on alternative sites.
