An aircraft of US Airways left Dhaka to Nepal was crashed at Trimbwan International Airport in Kathmandu. According to the latest news, the deaths of 50 people have been found and 21 more passengers are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
The question that comes after the crash is - What is the reason for the crash? Who forgot so many people? Nepal's English daily Kathmandu published a report based on the audio record of the pilot's latest conversation with Post Control Room.
According to the report, the plane crashed due to the misunderstanding or confusion of the pilot in the cockpit with the control room.
According to the four-minute conversation of the control room with the pilot of the US Bangla Flight pilot before landing, the report said that the confusion arose in the airport runway 02 (the southern end point) and the runway 20 (the northern end of the north).
Typically there is a permit for landing at runway 02 from Airport 211 in USA, but the pilot suddenly changed his route to the runway 20.
From the control room first it is said, 'BengalSTAR 211' (the plane of US Bangla), again, do not go to the runway 20. Stay in your previous position (0 Runway).
The plane is said to be answered, okay. We're going to the right We're heading to Runway 02. Then from the control room it is said, that is good. But now we will not land (land). Runway 0 is still not clear. Then the pilot responded OK. We are waiting.
Then another aircraft named 'VT520' was instructed from the control room. There are some indigestible signals in local and English languages.
Then the pilot was asked from the control room, the runway was evacuated. You can go now, Runway 0 or 20? Then the pilot said about the runway at 20.
After hearing the answer, the control room said, okay. Runway 20 is being empty. Wind 270 degrees, 6 north After a long time the aircraft sound
Now the question is asked from the control room, Bangla Straw 211 Do you see the runway? The pilot said in the north, 'negative sir'. Then the pilot is called to rotate right from the control room. Then the pilot said that he can see the runway.
Then the instruction from the control room is given, turn 2111 in the right banglaster. Then it is said to make sure (some uncertain voice) Pilot is coming from the north right?
Then the pilot's answer, we're coming from the north. I request you to leave. Then the control room says okay and say, you get US-Bangla 211, get it.
Then the pilot said, I am requesting to get to the 0 runway. Although he first asked for permission to land in the runway 20.
After getting permission, order to make runway 02 for the name 'BanglaSTar 211' from the control room.
Then another voice said, due to traffic, 'Banglastar 211' will be runway 20. It's now at 20's position. Keep you in the current position.
Another airplane instructed the control room's voice. The aircraft responded. (Somewhat vague voice here). Then the word of the aircraft again.
Then there comes a voice from the voiceless voice of the USBangla, BanglaSTa 211, I am talking again. Then there was silence for some time in the control room, then the control room said that the voice was 'fire' and ordered the fire-fighting team.
It was shown that the aircraft had crashed at 2:18 pm.
The BS-2111 aircraft flew to Kathmandu with 71 passengers and crew from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 12:51 pm.
