According to students at Harvard University, the Sun emits enough energy to Earth every second to meet all the demand for human energy for more than two hours.
This energy is clean and renewable but it is not simple or cheap to collect, so we are taking so long to take advantage of it massively.
Krystal Persaud, industrial designer, activist and founder of the start-up Grouphug, is developing Window Solar Charger, a simple and viable solution for recharging our mobiles.
His project is based on the use of transparent photovoltaic solar cells, a technology that aspires to revolutionize the world of energy, although, for now, it is moving at a rather slow pace.
But its strong point is its overwhelming simplicity, designed to be hung on the windows, it does not occupy more than 33 centimeters high, 25 wide and 3 deep.
You can collect energy for 8 or 10 hours which would allow us two charges of a mobile phone.
