Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress was one of the key stakeholders in the West Bengal assembly elections in 2016, Jamaat-ul-Mulay Hind of West Bengal. Party chief Siddiqullah Chowdhury framed the election with the Trinamool. In the Trinamool ticket, the candidate is in the Mangalkot assembly constituency of East Bardhaman district. On May 16, 2016, he won the election of state's education and became the Minister of State for Library Affairs. Since then, Siddiqullah has been working in a cabinet with Mamata.

But the problem has arisen around this year's Panchayat elections. In the area of Siddiqullah, Mangalkot, and Katwa, some of his party has been frustrated with not giving any tickets to the three-stage panchayat elections. Upon rejecting the demand, Siddiqullah got angry for giving a ticket to the opposition and left the government vehicle and security guard allotted for him to protest against the field.

Siddiqullah's party Jamaat-ul-Mulay decided to give a letter to the Chief Minister of the state of West Bengal Mamata. The decision was made at a meeting of the executive committee of the party on Sunday.

It is also said in the meeting that the party will not take such a role, so that the BJP gets the benefit. Keeping the upright secular ideology, the way the team is going, it will continue in the future. So they want justice to the Chief Minister.

Meanwhile, the Calcutta High Court on Monday decided to hear the case filed with BJP, Left parties and Congress in connection with the Panchayat elections in West Bengal on Monday.

After today's hearing in the High Court, it will be clear- whether Panchayat elections will be held at a certain time? Or will it be extended in the wake of the opposition's request to submit nomination papers?

In the wake of the BJP's application, on Thursday, the bench of one judge of the Calcutta High Court, Subrata Talukder issued a stay on all the activities of the Panchayat elections. The court has fixed the date for hearing on April 16 for the hearing. Against this order, the state government has asked the Division Bench to hear the case. The petition will be heard on the division bench comprising Justice Biswanath Samadder and Justice Arindam Mukhopadhyay.

The process of submitting nomination papers for the Panchayat elections in West Bengal starts on April 2. The end was about 9 April. But since the day of nomination, the ruling Trinamool Congress has resorted to violence throughout the state.

The Opposition's allegation is that the candidates have been arrested in the home of the house, threats, bombings, bomb attacks, weapons, to prevent their candidates from submitting nomination papers, tearing nomination papers, and not submitting nomination papers. The opposition has been prevented from submitting nomination papers by creating panic. As a result, many candidates of the opposition could not submit their nomination papers.

In view of the complaint, State Election Commissioner Amarinder Kumar Singh extended one day on April 9 while submitting the nomination papers. But after the state government's leaders and ministers pressurized the next day, the Election Commission issued another notification. A notification for extension of nomination paper has been canceled. The BJP went to the Supreme Court, angry at the incident. 17 Left parties and Congress go to court with the same claim

The Supreme Court advised the applicants to go to the Calcutta High Court to settle the issue of submitting the nomination papers on Wednesday after the hearing. The matter came up for hearing on Thursday in the Calcutta High Court. In the case, the judges adjourned the hearing on April 16 after the suspension on the electoral process.

The election of panchayat of West Bengal will be held on 1st, 3rd and 5th of May. There is a question in the political circles about whether the situation will arise in due time. May Day is celebrated on May 1 around the world. There are questions about how to vote on that day. However, to change this date, various labor organizations have applied to the State Election Commission. They said that if the demands are not met, they will perform 1 May in front of the Election Commission.
