Today I have read an article regarding a dark web drug ring busted by US law enforcers. Now another dark web marketplace has been raided by German police for involving in selling narcotics for Bitcoin. 11 people have been arrested who were connected with this dark web marketplace.
In this raid, law enforcement collected several things that include:
- 50 kilograms of amphetamine
- 16 kilograms of cannabis
- 2 kilograms of MDMA
- 900 grams of cocaine
- 600 grams of heroin
- And a high number of ecstasy tablets and so-called LSD trips
This is not the last. There are several dark web marketplaces that allegedly involve in selling narcotics or other criminal activities. Law enforcers need to increase their search operation to control dark web crime.
However, it seems that governments of several countries want to remove dark web marketplace involved in illegal business. In this operation, German, Polish, Dutch, French and Spanish police worked jointly.
