PTCL: Your Internet Could be Slow Due to Submarine Cable Fault

It seems that submarine cables linking Pakistan with external world are rife with issues these days.
While we know that TransWorld was having troubles for past few days & since entire circulation was shifted to PTCL — the large quantity of traffic caused ended up causing major disruption last day.

Today, in a new growth, PTCL has made a declaration that one of the international submarine cable systems, SEA-ME-WE 4, has developed a error.
Company said that this cable system stuff might result in degraded customer practice, i.e. slow internet speeds, particularly during peak hours.
PTCL said that the international group managing the submarine cable system has initiated the repair work to restore services at the earliest.
PTCL said that it is fully attentive of the state & essential action to diminish the service influence has already been assumed. It established that traffic is now being routed over 3 other submarine cable networks that are available to PTCL.
