SUDDENLY COMES 99999 RS IN VILLAGERS ACCOUNT

it is very intresting to know in a village chapra ,Bihar,india. suddenly 99999 rs comes in more than 300 accounts .
the people of chapra was very happy they thought it would be some scheme of central government.
they went to state bank of india for withdraw .

but they could not do this .
bank said your account is under operation .
but bank doesnt have any idea about it .

then people became sad even they cant withdraw their own amount
The bank says it will be some network problem and ask for adhaar and pancards for checking.
