Tropical Storm Cindy is Coming, Threatening Millions

The storm is heading toward the US Gulf Coast with oil workers already fleeing the surrounding water. The storm warning covers an area that includes 17 million people. The storm is though to bring 12 inches of rain, a full foot, which may lead to flash floods. Not helping matters are winds of over 50mph. Cindy is currently 215 miles from Galveston Texas.
