UK Prime Minister Theresa May fired Damian Greene, his close political colleague and first secretary of state (senior minister's status). He took this disciplinary action against the parliamentary office for keeping thousands of obscene pictures on his computer. Earlier, Green acknowledged that he had lied about the complaint.

The British Council Office on Green has investigated the issue of having pornography on the office computer against Green. It has been found in the investigation, before that he denied the allegation that he gave the statement, it is not correct and misleading.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said on the investigation of the complaint, Green Computer was searched in 2008 as part of an investigation into the leak of government secret documents.
