Water lake in the United States Sign Hole Mysterious Each Summer

Hood River - Lost Lake in the US looks so beautiful and visited by many tourists during the holidays. But every summer comes the water dries up, into the mysterious hole.

Lost Lake can be found in Hood River, Oregon, USA. Visiting in the official website of the United States Department of Agriculture, on Monday (8/15/2016), the lake is included in the Mount Hood National Forest area and its depth reaches 51 meters.

At first glance, there's nothing wrong with Lost Lake. Lake looked beautiful with green trees on the edges and the background of Mount Hood with snowy peaks.

But apparently, when the summer the water is shrinking and the lake was full of water seemed to disappear as the name suggests, 'Lost'. Water as sucked into a hole in one side of the lake, leaving the grass and the lake bottom with a little puddle.

Also looks gaping hole and is connected to a tube or channel lava lava. Water entering into reportedly replenish groundwater supplies which then flows to the springs around. Read more
