Whenever we talk about world's most costly commodities, the name of gold, silver only comes to our mind. But it is not so, there are some metals even whose names have not been heard by people. I am telling you about such 7 commodities of the world.

  1. Antimatter - World's most costly commodity is Antimatter. Cost of 1 gram of antimatter is 6,25,000 Crore Dollars. It is a kind of fuel which is used in satellites & aircrafts. By selling 1 gram antimatter, you can buy 100 small countries of the world.

  2. Califorium - It was discovered in 1950 in California of America. It costs around 2 crore 45 Lakh Dollars per gram. It is used in nuclear reactor.

  3. Diamond - Diamond is a rarely found gemstone. Mainly it is used in ornaments. It costs around 50,000 dollars per gram. It is famous for its shine and beauty.

  4. Tritium - It costs around 27,000 dollars per gram. It is used in manufacturing of costly watches, medicines and radio therapy.

  5. Taaffeite Stone - It has been identified as scarce gemstone. This scarce gemstone is red and purple in colour. It costs 18,000 dollars per gram. It is very soft as compared t diamond. That is why it is only used as gemstone.

  7. Plutonium - It is used in Atomic energy plants and aircrafts. Coming in existenece is hard from natural reactions. It is obtained from Uranium by separation. It costs 3,500 dollars per gram.
